Goals

  • Develop compelling creative celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community in an authentic and meaningful way.
  • Showcase Papa John’s support of target audience while also staying true to the brand’s identity and positioning.
  • Produce merchandise allowing employees to proudly display support of LGBTQIA+ community reinforcing the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion

Results

  • Created two (2) designs that were adapted internally and socialized throughout the Papa John’s organization.
  • Developed a creative look and feel for the DEI team to activate across their employee engagement groups.
  • Implemented designs across brand social channels to support the greater Pride campaign, including custom.
