The Challenge
Papa Johns International operates with intention in its celebration of diverse audiences and employees, which are the cornerstone of their company and reflect the expansive nature of the brand. For this engagement, Authentique was asked to develop LGBTQIA+ specific creative encompassing the persona of the brand while acknowledging a valuable community for the efforts and impact made within society.

The Objective
To develop compelling creative celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community in an authentic and meaningful way. Showcase Papa Johns support of target audience while also staying true to the brand’s identity and positioning. And produce merchandise allowing employees to proudly display support of LGBTQIA+ community reinforcing the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

SOLUTIONS & RESULTS
We created two (2) designs that were adapted internally and socialized throughout the Papa John’s organization, developed a creative look and feel for the DEI team to activate across their employee engagement groups, and implemented designs across brand social channels to support the greater Pride campaign, including custom animations and social templates.
